This Privacy Policy explains how Maanvo (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use maanvo.in and related services (the “Service”).

Information we collect

Account data — name, email address, password (stored as a hash), optional profile photo URL, and workspace or brand membership details.
Google Sign-In data — When you sign in with Google, Maanvo receives your Google account's name, email address, profile picture URL, and a unique Google account identifier. We use this information to authenticate you, create or link your Maanvo account, and associate your account with workspaces and roles. We do not receive or store your Google password. We do not access Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google services unless we explicitly request additional permissions in the future.
Workspace content — titles, captions, hashtags, CTA links, media URLs you paste, comments, approval status, version history, and invite records needed to run the approval workflow.
Technical data — standard server logs (for example, approximate request timing, paths, and error events) used to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
Authenticate users and manage workspaces, invites, and roles
Send transactional messages such as invite emails
Enforce plan limits and prevent abuse
Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train public AI models.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run Maanvo, including:

Within your workspace — agency members and invited client reviewers see content and comments according to their role and brand access.
Service providers — infrastructure and tools such as hosting, databases, and email delivery (for example Vercel, Render, Neon, Resend, and Google for sign-in). They process data under their own terms and only to provide services to us.
Legal — if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the Service.

External media links

Maanvo often stores links to files you keep on third-party hosts (Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, and similar). Those providers have their own privacy practices. Whether a preview loads depends on how you shared the file with that provider.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage (such as local storage) to keep you signed in and to cache some app data for performance. We do not use advertising trackers on the marketing site for this MVP.

Data retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. Expired invites and refresh tokens may be cleaned up automatically. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us; we will delete or anonymize personal data unless we must retain it for legal or security reasons.

Security

We use industry-standard measures such as hashed passwords, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International processing

Your information may be processed in countries where our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your data may be transferred to those locations.

Your choices

Update profile details in the app where available
Leave a workspace or decline invites you do not want
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
