Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Maanvo, available at maanvo.in and related sites or apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

What Maanvo is

Maanvo is a content approval workspace for marketing agencies and their brand clients. Agencies prepare creatives (often as links to files hosted elsewhere), clients review them, and everyone tracks approvals, comments, and revisions in one place.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including invites you send to teammates or client reviewers.
• Agency workspaces are created at signup. Client reviewers join via invite links from a brand.
• You may sign in with email/password or supported third-party providers (such as Google) where enabled.

Your content

• You retain ownership of content, captions, comments, and links you submit.
• You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service (for example, showing previews and storing approval history).
• You are responsible for having the rights to share any media URLs or files you paste into Maanvo, and for how those external hosts (Drive, Dropbox, etc.) manage access.
• Do not upload or link unlawful, infringing, or harmful material, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

Plans and limits

Free and paid plan limits (brands, projects, content items, seats, and similar) may apply and can change over time. Paid billing, when offered, will be described at purchase. Early access features may be incomplete or change without notice.

Availability

We aim to keep Maanvo reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Hosting, third-party APIs, and free-tier infrastructure may cause delays or downtime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that linked external media will always preview correctly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maanvo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or (b) ₹5,000.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
